Rankle & Reynolds ‘On The Edge of Wrong’

Client: The Sloane Square Hotel

 

At the invitation of the owner of the Sloane Square Hotel Alan Rankle and Kirsten Reynolds submitted a range of designs, based on their unique collaborative paintings, towards a commission to make two large decorative panels for the hotel’s iconic Kitt’s Nightclub.

 

Celebrated as the haunt of Royals and Rockstars the club provides an elegant and exclusive backdrop to London Society.

 

From the initial studies the artists created an eight metre work on two specially designed illuminated panels manufactured at Omni Print in London as a striking light box installation.

 

The piece, part of Rankle & Reynolds ongoing series ‘On the Edge of Wrong’, made an immediate hit with the hotel patrons, and provides an exciting centerpiece to the dazzling atmosphere of the club.
